No Bake Cacao Almond Butter Cups

A little something sweet & simple to soothe your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Chocolate shell

- 1/2 Cup Cacao Powder

- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (Melted)

- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup

Almond butter center

- 1/3 cup almond butter

- 1/3 cup almond milk

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1 cup medjool dates soaked in warm water

Steps

Whisk chocolate shell ingredients together and pour half into mold. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.

Put all almond butter ingredients into processor. When mixed thoroughly put a hefty amount on top of hardened chocolate ( I should have been more generous with this batch) then coat with remaining chocolate to fill your mold.

Freeze or put into fridge for 30 minutes & when ready to eat sprinkle with flaky sea salt & enjoy!

Depending on how much chocolate you want you may need to double or triple the chocolate shell ingredients. Lucky for us, making your own chocolate is super easy.
